My career started on the other side of the desk - 18 years as a commercial property solicitor, followed by hands-on experience personally coordinating the client side of new business centre launches, from legal structure through to opening day. That combination gives me real insight into how workspace deals actually get made, not just how they're advertised - insight most brokers simply don't have.

I set up LeedsOffices because too many businesses end up dealing with a broker who's never sat on the other side of that negotiation. I wanted Yorkshire businesses to have direct access to that senior, experienced perspective - at no cost to you, since we're paid by the workspace provider, not you.

I'm also an active property investor myself, which keeps me grounded in how these decisions look from an owner's side, not just an advisor's. Every search is handled personally from first call to signed deal - no call centre, no handover partway through.
